Henry Gatlin, a man who made a $50 million dollar fortune off of gambling, has passed away. His five estranged children are summoned to his mansion to play a high stakes game of poker for his inheritance. Emotions take center stage as the game turns out to be harder than expected.

Garrett Gatlin - Main character, antagonist, and oldest son of Henry Gatlin. He is a wealthy doctor who believes he is the most deserving of the wealth. He also holds a grudge against Lucas, and believes he is not a member of the family.

Eden Wallace-Gatlin - Wife of Garrett, and addicted to the money. She is very aggressive and believes all the half-truths that Garrett has fed her over the years. Stuck up and easily agitated.

Lucas Gatlin - Adopted son of Henry Gatlin, and by far the youngest of the children. Lucas is naïve, and becomes the subject of Garretts bullying. But he is a skilled card player that finds solace in honesty 

Lilah Gatlin - Henry Gatlin's younger daughter and massive social media influencer. She possesses a distaste for Garrett's ways and tends to side with Lucas. Uses her social knowledge and aggression to navigate the story

Ava Gatlin - Older Daughter of Henry Gatlin, and successful marriage counselor. Although unsuccessful in her own relationships, she acts as a mediating force between Garrett and Eden's marriage.

Elijah Gatlin - Son of Henry Gatlin, and gym owner. Hyperactive and very unknowledgeable on most things including cards. 

Estate Lawyer - Hired by the state of New Jersey, he/she is set on the case of mediating the conflicts that will arise from the reading of Henry Gatlin's will

Estate Lawyer's Assistant - As the name suggests, the assistant to the Estate Lawyer. But later becomes the interest of Lucas, and gives him encouragement and motivation
